Available Positions
Front Desk Attendant (Full or Part-Time)
Join our outstanding team as a front desk patient care assistant, where you will manage patient flow with enthusiasm and detail orientation. If you love people and have a positive, outgoing personality, you might be the perfect fit for us!
Position Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in patients
- Schedule appointments
- Collect patient payments
- Answer telephone calls
- Enter/update patient demographic data
- Verify insurance benefits/eligibility and document in the system
- Verify/obtain referral numbers or authorizations
- Scan reports and documents
- Send reports to the appropriate clinic personnel
- Add notes to appointments to keep Providers informed
Experience and Education:
- One year of experience preferred; a medical office setting is a plus
- Basic computer skills required
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to work independently

Chiropractic Assistant (Full-Time)

- Assist chiropractors in providing patient care and treatment
- Greet patients and ensure accurate and up-to-date information

- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits
- Assist with medical procedures as directed by chiropractors
Skills:

We are looking for a positive, dedicated team member ready to deliver excellent patient care in a hands-on role under the supervision of our chiropractic physicians. Help our patients improve mobility, function and reduce pain to enhance their daily lives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist chiropractors in providing physiotherapy treatments
- Prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment is sanitized and organized
- Educate patients on exercises and rehabilitation techniques
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with HIPAA protocol
- Support administrative tasks, including managing inventory and supplies
Requirements:
- Education or experience in exercise science, kinesiology or related fields recommended
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Enthusiasm, compassion and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to learn stretches/exercises
- Professional commitment and outstanding customer service
Work Environment:
